STEP 1 - Pre-Inspection Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet fibre, carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
STEP 2 - Commercial pre-vacuum Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed using 'Dyson' vacuum cleaning systems with 'hepa-filters' to remove dust mites and allergens - a 'must have' for asthma sufferers. Dry vacuuming will remove more than 70% of dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
STEP 3 - Furniture Moving Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, beds and dressers can be left in place or moved prior to our arrival. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs. We also use corner guards prevent damage by our hoses in your home.
STEP 4 - Pre-spray, Pre Condition & Pre-spot Traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal with approved 'Woolcare' solutions to enable an all-over clean and fresh appearance.
STEP 5 - Pre-Groom & Rotary Buffing Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil. The most essential step for soil separation and penetration of pre-sprayed into heavily-soiled traffic areas. This process will give you a 50% better end result.
STEP 6 - Extract & Rinse Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water temperature between 0°c - 150°c according to fibre.
STEP 7 - Deodorise & Neutralise Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind. Using both rinsing and conditioning agents to leave your carpets feeling softer and smelling fresher and cleaner than ever before - guaranteed.
STEP 8 - Post-spot Treatment If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.
STEP 9 - Dry Bonnet Some carpets benefit from a dry bonnet process. Dry bonnet assists in faster drying and prevents wicking on some carpets. 99% of carpet cleaners that wet your carpet don't do this step. This will also brighten your carpets by another 20%.
STEP 10 - Post Grooming The carpet pile is set leaving your carpets in a well groomed finish for faster drying and visual appeal.
STEP 11 - Coastering Certain pieces of furniture are coastered for the carpets protection.
